These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atlas assistant (“Atlas by NexaBuilder”) and the NexaBuilder platform, operated by NexaBuilder LLC (“NexaBuilder,” “we,” “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Atlas is an assistant that, with your authorization, connects to third-party accounts you choose (such as Upwork, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft/Outlook, Google/YouTube, and Meta/Facebook) to help you review, organize, draft, and manage your activity on those platforms.
Connected accounts and third-party terms
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. Atlas surfaces and drafts content for your review — you remain responsible for what you ultimately send or submit. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to violate any law or any connected platform’s terms, including rules against spam or unauthorized automation.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don’t use the service to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that automated suggestions will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaBuilder LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
