Terms of Service

The service

NexaBuilder is an AI application builder. You describe the application you want in conversation, and the platform plans, generates, and assembles a working application for you — including live previews and, when you choose, deployment to a hosted URL. The service is currently in an invite-only beta: accounts are provisioned by us, and features, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves.

Ownership of generated applications

You own the application code that NexaBuilder generates for you, outright. To the extent we hold any rights in that generated code, we assign them to you, and you may export it, host it elsewhere, modify it, or relicense it without restriction — no lock-in. NexaBuilder retains all rights in the platform itself, including our software, models, prompts, templates, infrastructure, and branding; these Terms grant you no rights in the platform beyond the right to use it.

Credits and billing

Builds, chat, and related platform actions consume credits from your account. During the beta, credits are provisioned by us rather than purchased, and carry no cash value. Credits consumed by an action are not refunded, including when a build does not produce the result you hoped for — though we may, at our discretion, restore credits for failures caused by the platform. We may change credit pricing, allocations, or the billing model with notice.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the service to build, deploy, or distribute applications or content that are illegal, infringe the rights of others, or are designed to deceive or harm.
• Don’t abuse the hosting we provide — including using deployed applications for spam, malware, phishing, crypto mining, or excessive automated load.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other users’ projects.

You are responsible for the applications you create and deploy with the service and for how they are used. We may suspend or remove deployed applications that violate these Terms.

Hosting and availability

Applications you deploy through NexaBuilder are served on our hosting infrastructure under our subdomains (for example, *.apps subdomains of our domains). Hosting is provided at beta-level availability: we do not guarantee uptime, and previews and deployed applications may be paused, rate-limited, or restarted as we operate the platform. You can export your code at any time and host it yourself.

Third-party connections

You can optionally connect third-party services such as GitHub (to sync your generated code to your own repositories) and Supabase (to provision a database for your application). When you connect a service, you authorize us to store the OAuth tokens it issues and to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for example, pushing code to your repository or running database migrations for your app. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service’s own terms. You can revoke a connection at any time, which stops further access.

AI-generated content

To generate your application, the prompts, chat messages, and attachments you submit are processed by the third-party AI model providers we use, to the extent needed to produce the result you requested. AI-generated output can contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing your application before relying on it or distributing it. You must have the necessary rights to any content you submit to the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated applications will be accurate, complete, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaBuilder LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including damages arising from applications generated or hosted through the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or wind down the beta with reasonable notice. On termination we may remove your deployed applications from our hosting; where practical, we will give you the opportunity to export your generated code first. Sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
