NexaBuilder LLC (“NexaBuilder,” “we,” “us”) operates the NexaBuilder platform, an AI application builder. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — including the prompts and attachments you submit to build applications and the credentials for services you connect, such as GitHub and Supabase.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account information, such as the email address and name associated with your provisioned beta account.
- Prompts, chat messages, and attachments — the descriptions, conversations, and files you submit to plan and build your applications.
- Generated project content — the application code, configuration, and build artifacts the platform produces for your projects, and data your deployed applications store through databases provisioned for them.
- Connected service credentials — when you connect a service such as GitHub or Supabase, we store the OAuth tokens it issues so we can act on your behalf within the permissions you grant (for example, pushing code to your repository or provisioning a database for your app).
- Technical data such as log and usage information generated when you use the platform.
How we use information
We use the information to:
- Provide and operate the features you request, including planning, generating, previewing, and deploying your applications.
- Generate your applications with AI — the prompts, chat messages, and attachments you submit are processed by the third-party AI model providers we use, to the extent needed to produce the application you requested.
- Maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we store and protect information
Access tokens and credentials for connected services are encrypted and stored using AWS Secrets Manager, and our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. We restrict access to authorized personnel and systems and apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With the AI model providers that generate your applications, to the extent needed to process the prompts, chat messages, and attachments you submit.
- With service providers that host or support our platform (for example, Amazon Web Services), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- With third-party services you explicitly connect, such as GitHub or Supabase, to the extent needed to provide the integration.
- When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the features you use and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data or disconnect a connected service at any time.
Your choices
- You can revoke NexaBuilder’s access to a connected service at any time from that service (for example, in your GitHub or Supabase account settings) or by contacting us. Revoking access stops further data access, and we delete the stored credentials for that connection.
- You can export the application code generated for your projects at any time.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
