NexaBuilder LLC (“NexaBuilder,” “we,” “us”) operates the NexaBuilder platform and the Atlas assistant (“Atlas by NexaBuilder”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it — including data accessed through connected third-party services such as Upwork, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft/Outlook, Google/YouTube, and Meta/Facebook.

Information we access

Depending on the features you use and the integrations you connect, we may access:

Account and profile information you provide to us or authorize through a connected service.
Connected platform data — when you connect an account (for example Upwork, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft/Outlook, Google/YouTube, or Meta/Facebook), Atlas accesses information through that platform’s API on your behalf — such as profile details, posts and messages, job or contact records, calendar and email where applicable, and related activity. We access only the data covered by the permissions you approve, and only to provide the assistant features you have requested.
Technical data such as log and usage information generated when you use the platform.

How we use information

We use the information to:

Provide and operate the features you request, including reviewing and summarizing activity, drafting messages and proposals for your review, and tracking contracts and reports.
Maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use connected-account data to send messages or take actions on your behalf without your review and confirmation.

How we store and protect information

Access tokens and credentials for connected services are encrypted and stored using AWS Secrets Manager, and our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. We restrict access to authorized personnel and systems and apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers that host or support our platform (for example, Amazon Web Services), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
With third-party services you explicitly connect, to the extent needed to provide the integration.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the features you use and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data or disconnect a connected service at any time.

Your choices

You can revoke NexaBuilder’s access to a connected service at any time from that service (for example, in your Upwork account settings) or by contacting us. Revoking access stops further data access, and we delete the stored credentials for that connection.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
